OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Glow Crazy party Centre is suitable for ages 7-17 years old
  
• A non refundable deposit of $100 must be paid to book and ensure party time and date
  
• We will call and confirm all details 4 days prior to your party.
• You will be charged for the amount of children confirmed
  at time of phone call 4 days prior regardless of no shows.
  
• You are not permitted to bring any food or drinks onto the premises.
• All party platters must be ordered at the time of confirmation or before.
• You can purchase soft drinks on the day.
• All parties will start on time regardless if people are late.
• Please ensure that your guests are aware of the party finish time to enable us to clean and prepare for next party.
• Payment may be made using cash eftpos or credit card (no cheques)
• Please ensure siblings non party children and very young children remain with there parents
  at all times.
• Any extra children at your party will be charged for.
• You can collect your invitations from us or we can post them to you.
• We are fully insured for public liability.
• Whilst all care is taken we can not guarantee that we are nut or allergy free.
• Extra time is charged at 125 per half hour ( must be pre booked )
• The venue can be hired at a cost of $250 per hour with 2 staff DJ and game operator
  exclusive use of the venue and all gaming equipment, music disco slushie machine min 4 hours. (not including food) Catering packages are available.
• Exclusive room hire may be booked for $250 per hour. Min 4 hours. This includes 2 x staff, a DJ and a games operator with use of all our equipment: music, karaoke, slushy machine. Does not include food. Catering is available.
  BYO Catering is available for this function only and the room must be cleaned by you or we can organize a cleaner at a cost of $100.
  ( A security bond is also required for room hire in this package )
